Lending Manager
Aptium Financial Services deals with specialists to ensure that our clients’ debt is structured as efficiently as possible – from both a tax and cost perspective. Our lending manager, Haydn Marshall, is a key part of that process.
Completing his Business degree in 2011, Haydn has always had a keen interest in business, banking and financial analysis developed through his studies. Haydn refined his business skills and financial statement analysis through the past 5 years working within National Australia Bank.
Haydn has been a Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) member for over 2 years. Nationally recognised as the premier industry body for mortgage brokers, MFAA requires the highest education standards and ongoing training commitments of all the industry bodies.
As a mortgage broker, Haydn has access to 20+ lenders and hundreds of mortgage products which allows him to deliver mortgage solutions for those he works with.
Philosophy
Haydn is passionate about helping the client above all else. He believes in educating his clients about mortgage products and the processes involved with applications, refinances, equity release and sensible restructures.
His current role allows him to work with likeminded professionals in the accounting and financial planning space to deliver mortgage and credit advice to their clients.
He believes this alignment with other professionals ensures the client’s best interests are always at heart and the clients benefit from receiving well rounded advice.
Personal
Haydn lives in Sydney’s Inner West; originally from New Zealand, Haydn went to school in New Zealand, Melbourne and Sydney and has spent time living abroad in the USA.
A keen traveller, Haydn has travelled to 20+ countries around the world, highlights including exploring Cuba, Snowboarding in Colorado, drinking tea in Istanbul and visiting The Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.
Haydn spends his weekends with the Sydney Uni Hockey Club and is looking forward to the upcoming Rugby Union season.
